AoMH are currently hosting a third screenshot tournament. Designers are pitted against each other in a knockout elimination with four rounds.

The Druid one was supposed to be quite arty.
If you look, the mountains and trees are lower at the sides and come up to a point in the middle – forming a triangle. The space in between each mountain form triangles too. Admittedly I’m not sure what effect triangles are supposed to have, but I know they have some significance in making the picture more attractive to viewers.
And then of course you have the pretty lighting, some of which is shining gracefully onto the mountains.
